The New York Rangers have agreed to terms with forward Emerson Etem.

Etem was a restricted free agent acquired from the Anaheim Ducks in the Carl Hagelin trade on June 27.

He will reportedly earn $850,500 on a one-year deal, according to Larry Brooks of the New York Post.

He registered 10 points in 45 regular-season games for the Ducks in 2014-15, adding three goals in 12 playoff contests.

Etem notched 22 points in 21 games with the AHL's Norfolk Admirals, one season after scoring 24 goals and tallying 54 points in 50 contests with the Ducks' affiliate.
