Ducks strike for 3 goals in 37 seconds in 3rd period of Game 4

Dennis Wierzbicki / USA TODAY Sports

These are the Anaheim Ducks.

Ryan Kesler, Matt Beleskey, and Corey Perry have done in Game 4 what the Ducks have done all season. They just did it a helluva lot quicker on Saturday.

The Ducks trio combined for a farcical three goals in 37 seconds to pry the lead away from the Chicago Blackhawks in the third period, an advantage that would last only momentarily as the Blackhawks quickly tied the game again at four.

The blitz represents the second fastest three-goal outburst in Stanley Cup playoff history. The Toronto Maple Leafs scored three goals in 23 seconds back in 1979.
