Marian Hossa scored a little over six minutes into the first period, giving Chicago a 2-0 lead, but the Blackhawks didn't find the back of the net again until Kruger ended Game 2 several hours later.
It was the first career overtime goal for Kruger - regular season or playoff - and evened the Western Conference Final at one game apiece.
