For Canada's current generational talent, the mantle is now officially brimming.
Pittsburgh Penguins star and national team captain Sidney Crosby received recognition for becoming the 26th member of the Triple Gold Club Sunday after Canada defeated Russia 6-1 in the World Championship's gold medal final.

The memento is awarded to those who win the Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold and of course, the World Championship.
He finished the tournament with four goals and 11 points, including a goal and an assist in the final.
Crosby also had the privilege of pouring the Czech Republic's finest lager into Tyler Seguin's mouth - a moment we're sure he'll also cherish.
