Canucks sign Jordan Subban to entry-level contract

The Vancouver Canucks officially added Jordan Subban to their roster by signing the 2013 fourth-round pick to an entry-level contract Thursday.

Subban recorded 165 points in 253 games over four seasons as a defenseman with the OHL's Belleville Bulls. He was named assistant captain in 2014-15 and led the team with 25 goals and 52 points.

Subban is the third member of his family to sign an NHL contract, joining Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban and Boston Bruins netminder Malcolm Subban.
