Stewart revealed during Monday's season-ending media availability that he suffered a separated right shoulder in Game 2 of the Wild's second-round matchup with the Blackhawks, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Stewart, who missed the final two games of the series with the injury, is set to become an unrestricted free agent this summer. The Wild acquired Stewart as a rental from the Sabres prior to the trade deadline, and after getting only three goals and 11 points out of him in 28 games (including the postseason), the team could be inclined to let him walk.
