Ladd played through the sports hernia near the end of the season, but underwent the procedure after the Jets were eliminated from the playoffs. With plenty of time to recover, Ladd should be fine to begin the 2015-16 campaign, and will look to build off this season's 62 points (24 goals, 38 assists) in 81 games.
