The Chicago Blackhawks swept the Minnesota Wild out of the playoffs with a 4-3 victory in Game 4 of their second-round series Thursday night, after which the Central Division rivals engaged in the traditional postgame sendoff following a frenetic finish.

After the Blackhawks eliminated the Wild for the third consecutive season, the NHL cameras got up close for the handshake line, which featured a great exchange between Blackhawks forward Andrew Shaw and Wild agitator Matt Cooke.

The moment between the goaltenders, Chicago's Corey Crawford and Minnesota's Devan Dubnyk, was also terrific.

Chicago moves on to the Western Conference Final and awaits the winner of the second-round series between the Anaheim Ducks and Calgary Flames.
