The rookie is finally getting another chance.
Jonathan Drouin took part in warmups in lieu of an injured Cedric Paquette prior to Wednesday's Game 3 against the Montreal Canadiens, signaling a spot in the lineup for the 20-year-old.
Paquette was listed as a 50-50 chance to play due to an undisclosed injury.
Drouin, scratched for the majority of the playoffs, appeared in one game during the opening round against the Detroit Red Wings, recording a shot on goal and a minus-two rating in 8:42 of ice time.
