VIDEO: Lightning play tic-tac-toe on flashy power-play goal vs. Canadiens

Eric Bolte / USA TODAY Sports

There was quite a lightning show in Montreal on Sunday.

This one took place within the confines of the Bell Center, as the Tampa Bay Lightning worked a 4-on-3 power play to perfection to take a two-goal lead over Carey Price and the Montreal Canadiens.

It all started when Steven Stamkos - who scored his first of the playoffs earlier in the period - drew the attention of the defense from the top of the slot. He promptly dished the puck off to Tyler Johnson, who directed it across the ice to Nikita Kucherov, and it was in the back of the net in a flash.

The goal was Kucherov's second of the postseason.
