Canucks' Hamhuis will join Canada for World Championship

Vancouver Canucks defenseman Dan Hamhuis will wear the maple leaf for Canada at the upcoming World Hockey Championship. 

Hamhuis has participated on three previous occasions, winning in 2007 and capturing silver in the two tournaments that followed. He was also on the Olympic team than won gold in Sochi. 

The veteran was limited to 59 games this season and finished with one goal and 22 assists.
