Senators will have MacArthur, Pageau in lineup for Game 6

Eric Bolte / USA TODAY Sports

Ottawa Senators forwards Clarke MacArthur and Jean-Gabriel Pageau will play in Game 6 against the Montreal Canadiens on Sunday.

Multiple reports say MacArthur is in for Game 6, while Pageau received treatment on his knee and told Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports that he was good to go.

The forwards were listed as day-to-day coming into Sunday's contest.

MacArthur did not come out for the third period of Game 5 after suffering a lower-body injury in the second, while Pageau was banged up.

Wayne Scanlan of the Ottawa Citizen reports MacArthur skated gingerly during the team's Sunday morning skate, and TSN's Ian Mendes said MacArthur didn't look 100 percent.

Don Brennan of the Ottawa Sun reports that MacArthur looked better as practice went on.

The 30-year-old MacArthur has two goals in the series and even received a text message from Tom Cochrane asking how he was feeling.

Pageau has been held scoreless in the series.
