Stars' Hemsky slated for offseason hip surgery

Dallas Stars forward Ales Hemsky will make like his captain, Jamie Benn, and undergo offseason hip surgery as well, the team confirmed via Twitter.

Hemsky wasn't able to battle through the injury with a similar effect, finishing with a disappointing 11 goals and 32 points in his first season with the Stars.
