The Detroit Red Wings will give some key veteran players a rest in the final game of their regular season schedule Saturday.
Forwards Pavel Datsyuk and Henrik Zetterberg, along with defensemen Niklas Kronwall and Brendan Smith, will not play against the Carolina Hurricanes.
The Red Wings have clinched a playoff berth and sit third in the Atlantic Division with 98 points.
