Florida Panthers goaltender Roberto Luongo said Saturday that he has been playing hurt since suffering a shoulder injury against the Toronto Maple Leafs last month.

Luongo missed six games after leaving and re-entering the 3-2 defeat on March 3.

He's 5-3-1 since his return, allowing 20 goals in nine contests.

Luongo earned his 401st career victory, tying Chris Osgood for 10th on the all-time list, in the Panthers' 4-2 win over the Boston Bruins on Thursday.

Al Montoya will start Saturday's game against the New Jersey Devils.
