Avalanche pull Varlamov after he allows 3 goals on 7 shots

Colorado Avalanche goaltender Semyon Varlamov was pulled from Wednesday's game against the Edmonton Oilers after allowing three quick goals in the first period.
Reto Berra replaced Varlamov less than 10 minutes into the contest. The veteran faced seven shots before being removed.
The Oilers' trio of goals came in a span of 5:03 in the opening frame.
Martin Marincin, Jordan Eberle and Taylor Hall gave Edmonton an early 3-0 lead.
