Mason (illness) will be in the net Wednesday against the Blackhawks, Bill Meltzer of NHL.com reports.

Analysis:

The Flyers ended up making Mason a late scratch for their last game Saturday against the Oilers after the goalie came down with an illness during warmups. Mason was able to remain on the bench as a backup to Ray Emery for the game, and with a few days to recover, it looks like he's now back to full health. He'll face a tall task in trying to slow down Jonathan Toews and the high-flying Blackhawks, but the netminder has been stellar at the Wells Fargo Center against just about any opponent this season. In 23 appearances (22 starts) at home this season, Mason is 13-5-4 with a 1.97 GAA and .936 save percentage.
