Capitals' Curtis Glencross renting out Alex Ovechkin's empty house

It can be hard getting settled in a new city after being traded, and luckily Curtis Glencross has gotten some help from superstar Alex Ovechkin. 

Ovechkin has lent out his empty house in Arlington to Glencross and his family, a gesture that should make things much more convenient for the newest member of the Washington Capitals. 

"It's close to the rink and no one's in it," Glencross told Chuck Gormley of CSN Washington. "It's just until the end of the season, but with everything going on it's just what we need."

Glencross's wife and two daughters have not been able to join him since his trade from the Calgary Flames on March 1. With a four-day break in the Caps' schedule, the family will finally have the time to reunite. 

"It's good for him," Ovechkin said. "It's a good place."

Glencross has been red hot since joining his new team. In seven games he has four goals and six points.
