Andrew Hammond can't lose.
In a tight contest on Sunday against the Philadelphia Flyers, "The Hamburglar" got another start in Ottawa's net (maybe thanks to the demand of a priest?) and didn't disappoint.
The 27-year-old netminder made 27 saves and couldn't be beat in the shootout as Ottawa took home the win 2-1.
After the contest, someone in the audience thought it would be appropriate to litter the ice with a hamburger, which Hammond graciously took note of.
He had plenty to say about it after the game.
Hammond is 10-0-1 in the Senators crease and has been a major factor in Ottawa staying in playoff contention.
