Panthers' Kulikov called to account by Stars for Seguin injury

Robert Mayer / USA TODAY Sports

The Dallas Stars weren't going to forgive and forget.

Florida Panthers defenseman Dmitry Kulikov, who injured star centre Tyler Seguin in the last meeting between the two clubs back on Feb. 13, was called out by Curtis McKenzie early on during Thursday's tilt, and he quickly obliged.

Kulikov served a four-game suspension for clipping Seguin, but hockey players abide by their own code, meaning, for better or worse, this exchange was somewhat inevitable.

McKenzie seemed to get the better of Kulikov, but full credit to the Cat for answering the call to arms.
