The fact that he skated with Wheeler and Lowry bodes well for the veteran winger. Judging from his soon-to-be-linemates' averages, Stemp will likely see a little more than 13 minutes of ice time per game with the Jets. While that isn't a significant improvement over the 12:26 he averaged per game with New York, the improved talent surrounding Stempniak could lead to a modest boost in production for him. Stempniak tallied a modest nine goals and nine assists in 53 games with the Rangers this season, so fantasy owners should take a wait-and-see approach until his role with his new team becomes clearer.
