Jaromir Jagr: Traded To Panthers
Jagr was traded to the Panthers on Thursday in exchange for a 2015 second-round pick and a 2016 third-round pick.
Analysis:
It was no secret that Jagr desired a trade to a contender, and while this probably isn't what he had in mind, the Panthers are right in the mix for a playoff spot. Now set to join his eighth NHL team, Jagr will likely grab a top-six role after totaling 29 points (11 goals) in 57 games for the Devils this season.
