Analysis:

Visnovsky is expected to take the place of Brian Strait. With the exception of Johnny Boychuk and Nick Leddy, coach Jack Capuano has been rotating five defensemen for four spots over the past few weeks with Visnovsky being sat most often. Visnvosky adds a powerful shot from the point but has has lapses in the defensive zone which has caught the wrath of Capuano and been the main reason for his being a healthy scratch.
