David Perron: (Illness) Set To Play Tuesday

Perron (illness) is on the ice for pregame warmups and is listed in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Jets.

Analysis:

Perron was questionable to play Tuesday after leaving Monday's practice early with a cold, but he progressed to the satisfaction of team doctors in advance of the game. Though he'll be without usual linemate Sidney Crosby as his center Tuesday, Perron will continue to find himself on the Pens' top trio, joining Chris Kunitz and Nick Spaling.
