Penguins' Crosby leaves game with left hand injury

Sidney Crosby left Saturday's game with a left hand injury late in the first period after taking a slash from forward Dave Bolland.
Crosby left for the dressing room and smacked his stick against the wall of the tunnel, according to multiple reports.
The Penguins updated his status shortly thereafter.
Replay showed Bolland with a nasty slash on Crosby away from the puck. Hurt his left hand. Went immediately to locker room -SK
