Raanta will back up Corey Crawford Saturday, but could get the call on Sunday night against the Maple Leafs, ESPN Chicago reports.

Analysis:

In previous seasons, Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville had split back-to-back games between his two goalies. For most of 2014-15 he has stuck with Crawford for most if not all of these scenarios. Crawford, though, is just returning from a foot injury that kept him out for a few weeks so the team might go to Raanta against Toronto on Sunday night. Raanta has a 5-2 mark with a 2.01 goals against average (GAA) and a .938 save percentage this season.
