Max Pacioretty: (Upper Body) Listed As Day-To-Day

Coach Michel Therrien said Friday that Pacioretty (upper body) is being treated as day-to-day with his injury.

Analysis:

Pacioretty was lifted from Thursday's game following a hard hit by the Ducks' Clayton Stoner, which resulted in him heading to the hospital as a precaution. Fortunately for the winger, it appears the injury he sustained isn't significant, though his status for Saturday's game against the Senators remains in some peril. He wasn't able to practice Friday and will probably need to skate Saturday morning to have a legitimate shot at playing in the next game.
