Tampa Bay Lightning forward Tyler Johnson has come down with a stomach flu, and his participation in Friday's game between Tampa Bay and the New Jersey Devils is in question.
Johnson, 24, spent Thursday in quarantine - though his illness isn't believed to be mumps related.
The diminutive American-born pivot has emerged as an enormously productive and effective second-line center. Johnson has scored 10 goals and contributed 33 points in 33 games with the Lightning this season.
