Sidney Crosby leaves Hurricanes' Riley Nash bloodied in collision

It's the type of hit Sidney Crosby rather infamously received in the 2011 Winter Classic, so should he come under similar fire for delivering it?

Late in Friday's loss to the Carolina Hurricanes, Crosby appeared to deliver an incidental headshot to an unsuspecting Riley Nash, leaving the forward bloodied. 

Crosby appeared to tuck in his right arm as Nash approached, but didn't make much of an effort to move out of the way. 

Crosby, presumably frustrated after Jiri Tlusty iced the game with an empty-net goal, was given a 10-minute misconduct.
