Panthers G Luongo exits with upper-body injury

SUNRISE, Fla. (AP) Florida Panthers goalie Roberto Luongo has left the game against the Carolina Hurricanes with an upper-body injury and will not return.

Luongo was replaced by Al Montoya with 9:38 left in the second period Wednesday night.

The Panthers led the Hurricanes 1-0 after two periods.
