The Lightning held an optional morning skate, so it might not be confirmed until pregame warmups that Bishop is Wednesday's starter. Even so, it's hard to imagine coach Jon Cooper bypassing his top netminder in a non-back-to-back scenario, especially with Bishop owning a 6-0 record and 0.93 GAA for his career against the Rangers.
