Victor Hedman: (Hand) Cleared For Contact
Hedman (hand) took part in a full-contact session during Wednesday's morning skate, Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Hedman had been eyeing a return to action Saturday, and if ditching the non-contact jersey at practice is any indication, he seems on his way to meeting that goal. Before breaking his hand, the 23-year-old was arguably the league's top-performing blueliner, netting three goals and assisting on four others in the Bolts' first five games. His fantasy owners should immediately clear a lineup spot for him upon his return.
