Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury reached a significant career milestone with a 3-2 win over the Boston Bruins on Monday, much to the surprise of teammate Evgeni Malkin.

“My whole memories, I am score every practice, 10 goals. Every shootout, I score on him. I don’t know how he win 300. It surprises me," Malkin cheekily said after scoring Monday's overtime winner.

Evgeni Malkin on Marc-Andre Fleury's 300th career win: "My whole memories, I am score every practice, 10 goals. Every shootout, I score on him. I don't know how he win 300. It surprises me."

Since entering the NHL in 2003, Fleury has won 300 games in 547 appearances, with a career save percentage of .911. Perhaps it's the latter stat that fueled Malkin's disbelief.
