Penguins' Greiss will start Saturday vs. Islanders

Pittsburgh Penguins backup Thomas Greiss will get the nod Saturday in the back half of their home-and-home series with the New York Islanders.
He last played Nov. 14, making 30 saves in a 2-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Greiss is 2-0-1 with a 2.41 goals against average and .916 save percentage in his first season with Pittsburgh.
