Bruins' Marchand will not play Saturday vs. Canadiens

Winslow Townson / USA TODAY Sports

The Boston Bruins will face their oldest rival Saturday night without the services of key winger Brad Marchand, according to WEEI's DJ Bean.

Marchand has been battling an undisclosed injury since late October, but the ailment has only forced him out of the lineup this week. Saturday's game will be the third consecutive contest that Marchand has missed as a result.

Marchand has scored five goals and totaled 11 points in 19 games this season.

With Marchand out of the lineup against the Canadiens, who will defender P.K. Subban lock horns with instead?
