Sabres coach Nolan: Neuvirth could return within 'days now as opposed to weeks'

Buffalo Sabres goaltender Michal Neuvirth may not be forced to miss as much time as originally expected.
After Neuvirth left Tuesday's win over the San Jose Sharks with a lower-body injury, Nolan said the netminder was considered longer than day-to-day.
That changed on Thursday, when Nolan got a more encouraging update.
Neuvirth split time evenly with Jhonas Enroth before suffering the injury, appearing in 10 of the team's 20 games and posting a 3-5-1 record with a save percentage of .920 and a goals-against average of 2.85.
