Flyers sign Carlo Colaiacovo

The Philadelphia Flyers added to their defensive depth Thursday by signing Carlo Colaiacovo.
The team announced the signing on their official website. Contract length and terms were not disclosed.
Colaiacovo has 401 NHL games of experience in parts of 11 seasons. The oft-injured 31-year-old has never played a full 82-game season, appearing in a career-high 73 games with the Toronto Maple Leafs and St. Louis Blues in the 2008-09 campaign.
He played 25 games with the Blues last season.
