Analysis:

Calvert didn't take part in line work during Thursday's practice and doesn't look like he'll be an option for Friday's tilt with the Maple Leafs, but the Blue Jackets feel there's a chance he could be available for the second game of the back-to-back. The team has been hit hard this season across the roster by injuries, to the point that even the return of a bit player like Calvert would offer some form of relief.
