Since Gudas ruled out Tuesday for the fourth straight game and has a retroactive date of Oct. 13, the Lightning will be able to activate him from IR as soon as he's deemed ready to go, which could happen later this week. The roster move will allow the team to recall forward Michael Blunden from AHL Syracuse as a depth option.
