John Gibson: Gets Recalled From AHL Norfolk Monday

The Ducks recalled Gibson from AHL Norfolk on Monday, Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports.

Analysis:

Gibson earned the first start of the season for the Ducks, but gave up six goals on 39 shots in a loss to the Penguins. He'll return from the AHL and try to prove himself once again when he gets the opportunity. Gibson went 1-1, allowing two goals on 61 shots for a .902 save mark, in his two games with Norfolk.
