Analysis:

St. Louis skated with Mats Zuccarello and center Derick Brassard on the team's first even strength unit. Not only does it appear the experiment with MSL at center is over (for now), but head coach Alain Vigneault is going to continually adjust his lines and depth charts until he finds the right combination for this team. With the move back to his natural right wing, it's possible owners of the 39-year-old St. Louis (four points, six SOG) could see an improvement in offensive contributions.
