Coach Ted Nolan said that both Reinhart and Grigorenko will play in the Sabres' remaining two exhibitions as the team looks to narrow its roster down to 23 men, but with no points in any of his previous preseason appearances, Reinhart needs to make up some ground. Unless he unexpectedly picks up his production in the next week, a demotion back to juniors seems likely. If that ends up being the case, it could be a while before the Sabres consider bringing their No. 2 overall pick back to the big club.
