Giroux (lower body) will skate Tuesday morning and remains a possibility to play in the Flyers' preseason game against the Rangers on Tuesday, Tim Panaccio of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Analysis:

Giroux was originally expected to miss up to two weeks when he suffered the injury on the first day of training camp and seems to be progressing quicker than the team even anticipated. Still, the Flyers could opt to keep Giroux out of Tuesday's game just to be safe, and if that's the case, he'd likely make his return to action on Thursday when the Flyers play the Capitals. Giroux has averaged at least one point per game in the last three seasons, and should remain a top fantasy option once he returns from his injury.
