Analysis:

The Senators held Ryan out of the preseason opener Monday mainly for precautionary purposes, and after no concussion-like symptoms surfaced over the last couple of days, the winger doesn't look like he'll be limited moving forward. Ryan is set to join Kyle Turris and Clarke MacArthur on the top line this season, forming one of the league's more dynamic under-30 trios.
