Calgary Flames prospect Sam Bennett isn't expected to play in the NHL this season, but he's making the most of his first offseason as a professional.

Bennett took part in an annual training camp in Colorado run by strength and conditioning coach Andy O'Brien. The camp attracts some of the top young players in the league - along with a few veterans - as they prepare for another long season.

"What an week in Colorado training with the best," Bennett wrote in the caption.

Apparently Team Crosby took home the trophy for winning the scrimmage at the end of camp.
