The New York Islanders will play one final season at Nassau Coliseum before moving to Brooklyn next year, and to commemorate 43 years at Nassau, the organization has unveiled a patch the team will wear on their uniforms.

The Islanders won three of their four Stanley Cups in the building between 1979 and 1983.
