As the Kevin Hayes contract saga continues to drag on into the middle of the week, it looks as though another team has fallen off his list of possible destinations.

Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli and coach Claude Julien reportedly met with the Boston College standout last week.

Hayes, a first-round pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010 (24th overall), became an unrestricted free-agent after the Blackhawks failed to sign him on Aug. 15.
