Crosby, Stamkos, Toews rise to top of NHL 15 player ratings

As hockey fans eagerly await the launch of NHL 15 (available Sept 9), the good folks at EA Sports released the player ratings for the game's top 50 players.

To no one's surprise, the top 3 players are Sidney Crosby (96), Steven Stamkos (93) and Jonathan Toews (93), with several others coming in with ratings of 90-plus. 

As per the announcement, "Player ratings are based on scouting reports provided by a professional NHL Scout and take both a player’s offensive and defensive abilities into consideration."
