Jets sign D Julien Brouillette to 1-year, 2-way deal worth $600K

The Winnipeg Jets made a minor move on Friday, signing Julien Brouillette to a one-year, two-way contract worth $600,000, according to the team's official website.

The 27-year-old undrafted defenseman appeared in 10 games for the Washington Capitals in 2013-14, registering one goal and one assist. He also appeared in 51 AHL games with the Hershey Bears where he earned 20 points (10 goals, 10 assists) and piled up 22 penalty minutes. 

As per the official press release, Brouillette played in 260 AHL games with Providence, Hartford, Charlotte, Lake Erie, and Hershey collecting a total of 70 points (22 goals, 48 assists) and 105 penalty minutes over the course of seven seasons.
