The Los Angeles Kings and forward Dwight King have agreed to terms on a three-year contract, as per Elliotte Friedman of 'Hockey Night in Canada', thereby avoiding a scheduled arbitration hearing.
Terms of the deal have not yet been revealed.
The 25-year-old recorded 15 goals and 15 assists in 77 regular season games for Los Angeles in 2013-14, adding three goals and eight assists during the team's run to a Stanley Cup championship.
His previous deal saw him earn $750,000 over the course of the past two seasons.
